Terms of Service & License

By purchasing a template from PPTX Library ("Pay As You Go" or "Subscription"), you are granted a distinct, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the item.

You are allowed to:

• Use the template for personal or commercial projects.
• Use the template for an unlimited number of client projects (for "Pay As You Go" items).
• Modify, combine, or manipulate the template to suit your improved design.

You are NOT allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw template file itself (e.g., selling it on another stock site).
• Claim intellectual property rights to the original design of the template.
• Use the template in a way that competes directly with PPTX Library.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar.sh.

Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Any data submitted during the checkout process is strictly bound by Polar's Privacy Policy.

PPTX Library is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our templates. Our materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
