What to expect
Email reaches a real person, not a ticket queue. We aim to reply within one business day, and usually faster on weekdays. There is no phone line — written support lets us look at the actual file you are working with, which resolves most issues in a single reply rather than a call and a follow-up.
What to include
A few details make a fix much quicker:
- For a download problem — the template name or URL, and the email address used at checkout.
- For a rendering problem — which application you opened the file in (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides), its version, and a screenshot of what you are seeing.
- For a billing question — the order reference from your receipt. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Licensing and commercial use
Templates may be used in personal and commercial work, including unlimited client projects, but the raw template files may not be resold or redistributed. Full terms are in the license. If you need something the standard license does not cover — bundling a deck into a product you sell, or redistributing files inside an organisation — email us and we will tell you plainly whether it is permitted.
Custom and missing templates
