Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

PPTX Library provides high-quality digital templates and AI generation services. Because our products are digital, instantly downloadable, and intrinsically copyable, all sales are considered final. We generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a template has been downloaded or AI credits have been consumed.

2. Exceptions

We stand by the quality of our products. Refunds or exchanges may be considered solely under the following circumstances:

  • Major Technical Defects: The file is proven to be severely broken, corrupted, or fundamentally unusable, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5 business days).
  • Product Misrepresentation: The delivered product is demonstrably and substantially different from the description and visual previews provided on the sales page.

Minor visual discrepancies, typical software compatibility issues (e.g., trying to use a modern PPTX file in an unsupported legacy version of PowerPoint), or simply changing your mind about the design do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria for a technical exception, you must contact our support team within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Please send an email to contact@pptxlibrary.com with the following details:

  • The exact email address used for the purchase.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue, including screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the defect.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing, payments, and handles returns according to our stated policies.
