What does the license cover?
Our licenses allow you to use the templates for personal and commercial projects. 'Pay As You Go' items can be used for unlimited client projects. However, you cannot resell the raw template files.
How do I download my templates?
Once purchased, you will receive a download link via email and can also access your downloads from your account dashboard at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is a technical issue with the file that we cannot resolve, we will issue a refund.
Do you offer support?
Yes! If you have any issues with your template or need help customizing it, please contact us via our Contact page or email contact@pptxlibrary.com.
Are the fonts included?
We use standard professional fonts or free Google Fonts in our templates. We provide links to download any non-system fonts used.
