What does the license cover?
Our licenses allow you to use the templates for personal and commercial projects. 'Pay As You Go' items can be used for unlimited client projects. However, you cannot resell the raw template files.

How do I download my templates?
Free templates download immediately. Paid templates unlock right after checkout — head to My Library on your account dashboard, and the Download button on each purchased template will be active. You can re-download from My Library any time; we don't send download links by email, so your library page is your permanent record of what you own.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is a technical issue with the file that we cannot resolve, we will issue a refund.
Do you offer support?

Are the fonts included?
We use standard professional fonts or free Google Fonts in our templates. We provide links to download any non-system fonts used.
Can I use the templates in Google Slides or Keynote?
Yes — every PPTX file imports into Google Slides and Apple Keynote. Some advanced animations or fonts may render slightly differently than in PowerPoint, so we recommend keeping a copy of the original .pptx as your master.
